If you’re looking for a touch of elegance, Colony at the exclusive Ritz-Carlton is definitely the one for you. The lunch buffet is extraordinary for both the range and the quality of the food on offer. We love the seafood, especially the excellent oysters, the roasts are tender and juicy, and the satay is an absolute favourite.
But Colony not only delivers fabulous foods, the ambience is truly special. The service is attentive and the chefs friendly. Once you’ve been here, you’ll definitely be back for more.

If you feel like dining in a garden, or enjoying a walk before your lunch, no where could be better than the beautiful Halia restaurant. Set in the heart of the Ginger Garden in Singapore Botanic Gardens, the Halia specialises in European food with an Asian twist. There is a lunch menu which is good value at $28++ for two courses or $34 for three, or you can dine al a carte. If you’ve worked up a healthy appetite walking around the gardens, you may want to try a “large” meal (the wagyu-beef spare rib is delicious), or if you prefer something smaller there is a good selection of “light” meals and “in-betweens.” We recommend sitting on the terrace to really enjoy the full garden experience.

And there is nowhere better to sample some traditional Singaporean favourites such as beef rendang, fragrant laksa, nasi lemak and assam fish. Definitely one to remember.
